Welcome to vget. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vget website (vget.io), vget command-line tool, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

vget is a media downloading tool that allows users to:
- Download publicly available media from supported websites
- Save downloaded content to local storage or connected cloud services (WebDAV)
- Transcribe and process audio/video content

When using vget, you agree to:

- The vget software is open source under its respective license
- Content you download belongs to its original copyright holders
- vget does not claim ownership of any content you download

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Downloaded content will be accurate or complete
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VGET AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of downloaded content
- Actions taken by third-party services
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vget and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
